Impasto (dough) is the heart of everything we love. It is the beginning of a crunchy but soft Focaccia, life changing pizza, pasta to die for. None of these things will be without Impasto. At impasto its our mission to provide you with an evening of flavour from great wines and cocktails to amazing food.
At Impasto our Sommelier Michael Block has curated a wine list to take you on a journey through Italy with his unique picks and then back to Australia with some outstanding local wines
They say great things take time and our pizza dough is proof of that ( no pun intended). Our Impasto is fermented for 72 hours ensuring we have an amazing base to load with fresh ingredients.
Our kitchen at the moment is awaiting its last few recruits in the meantime we have provided an antipasti menu designed to be shared.
When we do get our team we will be bringing you fresh pastas and a selection of mains. So please stand by it wont be long.
